Justin Hugheston-Roberts, instructed by JD Solicitors was successful in his defence of a 23year-old man who stood trial at the Crown Court Birmingham accused of attempted murder, where it was said that he attacked the former partner of his mother.
The man sustained near fatal injuries, but survived to testify at the trial.
The trial concluded on the 25th April 2023 with the jury being in retirement for just 2 hours before returning a unanimous verdict of not guilty on all counts, including attempted murder that the defendant, faced .
