Justin Hugheston-Roberts was instructed by Bark & Co to represent Chi Leung Wai at the Central Criminal Court at his PTPH on the 24th May.
Mr Wai is charged with others in assisting a foreign intelligence service under the National Security Act 2023.
The Trial will take place in February 2025.
