Justin Johnson and Lucy Waterstone make successful submissions of no case to answer in a multi-handed youth robbery case.
It was alleged that the youths had threatened and assaulted the complainant in order to steal his phone.
After cross-examination, the complainant conceded that he did not think his phone was going to be permanently taken from him, which fundamentally undermined the Crown’s case. Thereafter, both Lucy and Justin made a successful submission of no case to answer. They were instructed by Duncan Frost of Foxes Solicitors.
