The Lundin Oil case has opened in Sweden this week.
Two former senior executives of the company, Ian Lundin and Alex Schneiter are on trial for war crimes. Steven Kay KC, Gillian Higgins and John Traversi of 9BR Chambers in collaboration with RPC Solicitors drafted a report for the company that can be found here.
