Our barristers bring the expertise, knowledge and experience needed to navigate the complexity of firearms law. We are trusted with the largest UK firearms cases and assist police forces, companies and individuals with firearms related issues. Our expertise is essential given there are 34 separate pieces of legislation governing firearms control and the possession of firearms, shotguns, imitation, replica and antique firearms together with airbags, Gauss guns, stun guns, tasers and incapacitant sprays.

Our experience includes allegations of firearms use in cases involving murder, sanction busting, gang related gun crime and firearms trafficking to possession of an air gun in a public place or breaches of shotgun certificate conditions and firearms licensing appeals. We have appeared and advised in cases where lawful possession of S5 firearms has been an issue, including maritime security, possession of unrestricted self-loading pistols for human despatch and advising foregoing national who wish to shoot or bring arms into or through the UK.
