Counsel from 9BR Chambers are instructed in the military courts and under the procedures of the Armed Forces Act 2006. We have acted in high-profile Court Martial cases and represented men and women at all ranks across all service areas. We have experience of Service Civilian Courts, advice in relation to disciplinary or service-related issues and IHL and LOAC and appellate representation in the Court Marshall Appeal Court and judicial review. Our counsel travel to foreign jurisdictions to represent service personnel.
