Inquiry on Crimes Against Humanity in North Korean Political Prisons
This Inquiry, which was organized by the War Crimes Committee of the International Bar Association (“IBA”) and supported by the IBA’s North America Office and numerous partner organizations, is an unofficial follow-up to the United Nations (“UN”) Human Rights Council’s Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the Democratic Republic of Korea (“Commission”).
