Tihomir is an international, criminal and extradition law specialist, with particular expertise in high-value and complex international cases.
Prior to joining 9BR Chambers, Tihomir practised from a top tier London set where he represented defendants in the Crown Courts on a wide range of criminal law matters and acted in extradition proceedings. His previous experience includes representing states at the International Court of Justice, acting for private and state clients in international arbitrations, defending at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and advising governments on a wide range of public international law and international humanitarian law issues.
