Emma-Louise Heath defended a client acquitted of two counts of rape following an eight-day trial at Northampton Crown Court.
The case involved allegations of serious sexual offences against a family member, within the UK, as well as similar allegations from outside the jurisdiction, which could not be prosecuted but were presented as bad character evidence.
