Graeme Logan successfully persuaded the prosecution to offer no evidence on firearm charge for his client

The prosecution offered no evidence in relation to the possession of an UZI 9mm sub-machine gun. Graeme Logan representing the defendant, with the assistance of renowned firearms expert William Harriman, successfully persuaded the prosecution that the viable pistol grip from the otherwise de-activated gun could not be considered a “relevant component part” for the purposes of the Firearms Act 1968.

Graeme Logan was instructed by Abigail Ashford at the Stokoe Partnership.
