On August 7th 2023, judgment was handed down in the case of Andrew Malkinson.
After 17 years in prison for crimes he did not commit the Court of Appeal quashes Andrew Malkinson’s conviction in light of new DNA evidence and the withholding of photographic evidence and conviction histories of identification witnesses at trial.
