Max Hardy prosecutes sexually motivated strangulation case at Reading Crown Court.
The jury unanimously found the defendant guilty of one count of sexual assault and one count of an offence with intent to commit a sexual offence, namely intentional strangulation.
He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison at Reading Crown Court.
