BBC Radio 4 is broadcasting a 10 part series on weekdays at 1345 from 17 February: 'You Do Not Have To Say Anything', providing an oversight of the criminal justice system from arrest to imprisonment.
Written and hosted by Joanna Hardy-Susskind (Red Lion Chambers), Max Hardy talks about prosecuting cases in the Crown Court, in Episode 5, to be broadcast on 21 February.
