Poland v ES: client discharged at first instance

9BR Chambers’ Stefan Hyman, instructed by Renata Pinter of Dalton Holmes Gray, secured the discharge at first instance of a vulnerable client, sought in Poland in respect of historic fraud charges, under Article 8 ECHR.
