Stefan Hyman of 9BR Chambers’ Extradition and Interpol Team and Laura Hayward of Taylor Rose MW secure a discharge at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. PS’s extradition was refused on account of his family life and his mental/physical health, notwithstanding the judge’s finding of fact that PS had left Poland whilst knowingly subject to criminal proceedings. The judge still held that PS’s extradition constituted a disproportionate interference with Article 8 ECHR.
